Veritas Communications, Inc. and an individual sued Russ Whitney, WIN Systems, Inc., and an individual in the Fourth Judicial District Court in Minnesota. [It may not be meaningful, but “Veritas” is the motto of Harvard university.] File number 980415066 on 5/1/98. The Internet record says there was a hearing on 5/20/98 at 8:30 AM and says “857C Minneapolis.” I do not know the meaning of that number and city name.

A civil judgment for $1,015 was entered on 8/24/98 in favor of Veritas number TJ9813039.

Another civil judgment in favor of an individual for the same amount and with the same number was entered 9/21/98.

The Internet record says only that the Case Type is “General.” It also says “review file” regarding outcomes and judgment. I would appreciate it if someone from that area would obtain the details of this matter for me.

This is at the Conciliation Court search pages of Hennepin County. http://www2.co.hennepin.mn.us/ccourt/ccsrch.jsp
