Here are all the articles published in John T. Reed's Real Estate Investor's Monthly since its inception in February, 1986. Key words are in parentheses. The chronological order makes this list a sort of historical overview of the real estate investment scene since 1986. If you are wondering when a certain event occurred, like the end of FHA and VA assumability, you can see what month I wrote about it and that will tell you generally when it occurred. If you have been in the business for some time, reading through this list will even give you a sort of nostalgic glow, like perusing an old family album you found in the attic.
Wait until this long Web page fully down loads. If you try to use it before it does, the bottom part will not appear. You will find the word “truncated” there instead. If that happens, hit your browser‘s “reload” or “refresh” button.
Court cases and statute names discussed in the article in question are listed in parentheses so you can search for them. Court decisions and book or periodical titles are written in italics.
Two key phrases appear frequently. You may want to search for them: "Deals that make sense" and "Book review"
You can also learn a lot by just reading all the article titles. You will get many ideas that will make you money right now just from reading the titles. Other titles will intrigue you and challenge your thinking.
Search this index by using the "Find" and "Find again" choices under the Edit menus. The found text, which can include spaces, will be highlighted.
